If you tried to have a child for some time, but without success so far do not be discouraged. Although some lucky women become pregnant can take no time, for most women, it can take up to a year to become pregnant. There are many ways you can help increase your fertility and so we set up a few tips that will help you increase your chances of a successful pregnancy!

Start an exercise regimen

If you are not already exercise, then down to the gym. Starting a regular exercise regimen will not only improve your fitness make you feel good, it will also improve your chances of pregnancy. Exercise can help your body prepare for the changes brought about by pregnancy. It can also help through your pregnancy, although make sure you do not try too hard. Exercises such as yoga, walking and swimming are before and during pregnancy.

Cut Back on Alcohol

Reduction of alcohol can help increase your chances of becoming pregnant. If you are able to cut all this will help even more. Some research has been done recently which showed that women who avoided alcohol altogether pregnant faster than those who had a glass of wine more than once a week.

Quit

This is really a must if you are serious about getting pregnant. Smoking can harm your unborn baby especially in the early stages of pregnancy. Smoking has been linked to reduced fertility and increases the risk of premature birth and miscarriage.

Diet & Weight
Obesity may make it difficult to design because it affects ovulation. Make sure your BMI is too high. If you have decided to start an exercise regime to your local gym, ask a qualified training instructor, as appropriate BMI for your height. They will be able to create a custom exercise plan which you can work.

Small changes to your diet can make all the difference. Try to include more essential fatty acids in your diet such as omega 3 and 6. These can be found in olive oil and nuts. Try to include plenty of protein, carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables. Foods containing folic acid such as green leafy vegetables and cereals are a must if you are planning on getting pregnant. Try to incorporate more folic acid about 3 months before trying to have a child or immediately if unexpected. Nip to the local grocery store and pick up some health folic acid supplements just to make sure that you get the recommended daily intake.

Relaxation

Stress can reduce ovulation which makes it harder to get pregnant. If you have a stressful job, try to de-stress on a regular basis. Go to the gym after work or going for a swim or perhaps have regular sessions to your local spa can help you relax. If you do not have the money to splash to your local spa or gym, you can configure your own brand Spa change by taking a relaxing bath and pamper yourself at least once a week. Maybe you could go for a stroll or a job a few nights a couple a week after work to help you relax.

Regular sex

It is only the most obvious tip to help you get pregnant, but you may not realize how often you need to have sex to get pregnant. Try to have regular sex around two weeks before your period because it is the most fertile period. It is a good idea to know your menstrual cycle as you know when you are most fertile time to improve your chances of becoming pregnant.
